1. Coverage
1.1 This Privacy Policy explains how Dragonfire Entertainment (“we”, “us”, “our” or “Dragonfire Entertainment”) collects, uses and shares your “Personal Information” – information that identifies, relates to, describes or is capable of being associated with you as a particular individual, such as your name, address, email address or telephone number – and other data through your use of any of Dragonfire Entertainment’s Web sites, services, application programming interfaces (“APIs”) or software (collectively, the “Dragonfire Entertainment Service”).
1.2 This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Dragonfire Entertainment does not own or control or to people that Dragonfire Entertainment does not employ or manage.
1.3 Your use of the Dragonfire Entertainment Service is subject to this Privacy Policy in effect at the time of your use. 2. Personal Information – Collection
2.1 When you register for the Dragonfire Entertainment Service, we ask for information such as your name, email address and possible affiliations.
2.2 Dragonfire Entertainment collects the email addresses of people who communicate with Dragonfire Entertainment via email, create accounts or post topics/comments on our forums.
2.3 Dragonfire Entertainment may also collect Personal Information volunteered by users (such as through posts, survey information and/or site registrations). When you post content on or through the Dragonfire Entertainment Service, please keep in mind that any Personal Information you post may be viewed by others.

3. Personal Information – Use
3.1 Dragonfire Entertainment uses Personal Information it collects for the following general purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, research, analytics and reporting.
3.2 To receive optional email messages such as newsletters, you will be required to provide us with your email address. In addition to these optional email messages, Dragonfire Entertainment may contact you via any email address you provide to us with transactional or relationship messages such as account status messages, security updates or notifications of changes in the terms of your account or the Dragonfire Entertainment Service. 4.3 Dragonfire Entertainment will share your email address with companies that are clients of the Dragonfire Entertainment Service when you authorize Dragonfire Entertainment to do so. 5.3 Dragonfire Entertainment’s vendors, service providers and business partners may set and access their own cookies on and through the Dragonfire Entertainment Service. 6. Information Relating to Children
6.1 We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information from children under the age of 13 or knowingly allow children under the age of 13 to register for the Dragonfire Entertainment Service. If you are under 13, do not register or attempt to register for any of the Dragonfire Entertainment Service or send any information about yourself to us. 9.2 Dragonfire Entertainment uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Dragonfire Entertainment Service. 10. International Use
10.1 The Dragonfire Entertainment Service is hosted in the United States. If you use the Dragonfire Entertainment Service from outside of the United States, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily transferring information (potentially including Personal Information) to the United States and agree that Dragonfire Entertainment’s collection, use, storage and sharing of your information is exclusively subject to the laws of the United States, not of the jurisdiction in which you are located.
